The Henry-Ann Company, Inc., is built upon years of experience of Estimating, General Contracting and Construction Management which brings in-depth expertise in all aspects of site planning, development, management, engineering and construction; is a full service Construction Management Company, Design- Builder, and General Contractor that was founded in 1984 by Michael Henry Bastian and Lydia Ann Hiatt-Bastian.
Continuing the family tradition in the art of fine craftsmanship, with an uncompromising comment to detail and industry reputation. We pride ourselves on offering turnkey solutions to a broad range of real estate development needs in the most streamlined, cost-efficient manner – from strategic planning to delivery of a comprehensive building and development program.

We work closely with municipalities to navigate permitting hurdles and negotiate economic incentives, and formulating strategies with clients on how we can structure the best financing and ownership solutions to free up capital, produce higher returns, and reduce risks.

Henry-Ann Company, Inc. provides Owner Representation Services to Owners of real estate and real estate developers by acting as an extension of the Owner’s in-house staff. We provide full service Construction Management, Contract Management, Feasibility and Peer Review on your behalf from project inception to post construction or will provide assistance at any stage of the project’s development.
